Acne Treatments at Home!Acne, is especially to teens, you worst nightmare ever. Just wanting that big pimple plotted right on their face to disappear– and fast. And if it isn’t any worse, pimples sneak up on our backs, which can be a pretty bad turn-off, especially with summer time in the air.

With the economy and its inflation increasing, there are hundreds, if not, thousands of products that can clear acne, but with high prices to pay. If only there were home remedies for acne.

Or is there?

Home remedy are inexpensive, affordable way to way get rid of acne anywhere on your body. If you can take a couple seconds, or 20-30 minutes, then these natural acne remedies are right for you. If you follow these treatments, it could probably be that ‘overnight removal’ treatment.

DO:

- Apply toothpaste on the zit to reduce swelling before you sleep.

- Mix an equal amount of Rose Water and Lemon Juice. Clean your face with this and rinse after 30 minutes (use this instead of cleansers).

- Mashed honey and apples; apply it directly on the zit, or as recommended, apply it to the rest of your face, chest, and back.

- Apple Cider Vinegar; soak with a cotton ball, and apply on effective areas with pimples before you sleep.

* for back treatment, get a soft sponge, place it on a stick and scrub it gently on the affected place.

DON’T:

- Wash your face too much or with dry soap. This does more harm than help your skin.

- Touch your face. This is one of the worse things to do, because the bacteria can spread to other areas. No picking, squeezing or rubbing the pimples.

*If you have back acne, try to wear loose shirts. If you wear tight shirts, it worsens your risk for acne (especially if you’re an athlete).

Just being aware of all these things can help decrease acne in no time!
